Eligibility Criteria to apply for MBBS in Russia
- The student should have completed the age of 17 on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
- A minimum score of 50% is required in PCB in his/her higher secondary education with biology as a major mandatory subject.
- The student should apply and acquire the eligibility certificate from the Medical Council of India (MCI) to study MBBS abroad
- NEET scores have also been made mandatory for students who apply for studying abroad. Thus, the student must clear the NEET examination to apply for MBBS abroad.
How to apply
Every medical college in Russia will close their admission intake deadline by the end of July and the classes will start from mid September. To get admission from any of the medical college in Russia, Indian students must have to submit the following the documents
- Passport with minimum 18 months validity.
- 10th Certificate + Mark sheet
- 12th Certificate + Mark sheet
- Birth Certificate in English or translated into English and notarized.
- Photo – 10 ( 4.5 x 3.5 cm, 70% Face )
- Official Invitation letter from the Medical University of Russia
- HIV test documents
- Bank receipt of University 1st year Tuition fee payment (required for some Universities).
All these documents will be sent to the University along with the application form for studying MBBS in Russia in your preferred University. Once the university shortlists your application, you will be notified through mail regarding the admission date and other details.
The student will have to apply for visa through the Russian Embassy located in India before leaving India to study MBBS in Russia. Once the visa is issued, the student will be informed about the date and time of their travel to the respective universities. Also it is important to submit the documents on their arrival to Moscow airport.
Student Visa is issued to Indian citizens, citizens of other countries and stateless persons who seek to enter the Russian Federation for purpose of studying at educational institutions. The Russian Student visa can be single-entry or double-entry.
Subsequent extension of the student visa is granted by the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation (FMS of Russia) at the place where the foreign citizen resides and is registered with the local FMS branch. The foreign citizen is issued a multiple-entry visa valid for the period specified in the study contract entered into in accordance with educational legislation of the Russian Federation, but no more than for one year for every subsequent visa.
Pupils, students, PhD candidates and accompanying teachers who are going to the Russian Federation for studies or internship (including participants of exchange and other educational programs) may submit a letter of invitation*, confirmation of enrollment from the receiving university, academy, institute, college or school, or a student ID card, or a confirmation of enrollment for the academic course to be attended.

Please provide one recent color photograph (not more than 6 months old) of yourself. The photographs should be:
- 3,5 x 4,5 cm taken against a light background (white or off-white) so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background.
- Clear share quality and with the face in focus.
- Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print).
- Full face, non-smiling (without sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background).

FMGE Exams Coaching

Instruction for Candidates
- Online submission of application form begins on 15 April 2019 from 07:00 PM.
- Online applications can be accessed and completed till 11:55 PM on 6 May 2019.
- Admit cards to eligible candidates will be issued by 21 June 2019.
- Applicant candidates will be able to download the admit card from the website
using their login ID and Password.
- Candidates who have appeared for FMGE in the past and have been unsuccessful and have already submitted their scanned documents to NBE on an earlier occasion are not required to submit their documents again. Such candidate will be required to mention his/her roll no. issued in the last exam in which he/she has appeared.
The candidates will have to pay Rs. 5500/- through payment gateway provided using a Credit Card or a Debit Card issued by banks of India or through Net Banking. Candidates remaining absent from the examination will loose their examination fee. FEES SHALL NEITHER BE REFUNDED NOR CARRIED FORWARD IF THE APPLICATION FOR FMGE IS REJECTED/CANDIDATURE IS FOUND TO BE INELIGIBLE
